A return to Tombstone

I've re-ensconced myself at the boondocking RV Park in Tombstone, and I'm hunkered down, waiting for some bad weather to blow through. I think the only effect it will have on me now that I'm back in Tombstone is that nighttime is supposed to be in the low 20s, which is pretty chilly no matter the humidity.

I'm still trying to make a video out of some clips I took at Whitewater Draw, and with any luck, I should finish the video before I leave Tombstone. I would prefer to make a video and show it while I'm still at the place where I'm making it, but I'm far too slow with my video-making skills to get them done quickly... or at all.

This time, I parked in a different spot at the Boondocking RV Park, so I’m much closer to town than I have been. In my normal parking spots, it's just as long to walk out of the RV Park as it is to walk from the gate into town. Hopefully, this will encourage me to get some nighttime pictures of Tombstone. I like taking photos at night, but my night vision is so poor I don't dare drive anywhere at night, so there are not many places I can walk to get nighttime pictures, but Tombstone is just about perfect.

I sure could use a trip to Walmart. I could drive to Sierra Vista, Arizona; it's a few miles closer than the Walmart at Benson, Arizona, but either way, I don't have much ambition to go to either place.

I kinda miss taking pictures of the birds at Whitewater Draw. I would stay so busy out in the field taking photos that I wouldn't even realize I was missing a meal or two. But lazing around in Tombstone, I don't have much to keep me occupied, and when you don't have much to keep you occupied, do you know what I do? ......I eat.

I stepped out of the camper this afternoon and, to my surprise, found that I was the only one in the whole campground…. I like it.
