Back to Ben Avery gun range
It appears I'll be in Wickenburg until approximately the middle of this week. Then, I’ll head back to the Arizona trust lands near Ben Avery gun range so I can attend the Arizona Expo at the gun range on March 29th and an international archery contest, also at Ben Avery, on April 3.
I'm amazed at how fortunate I am to have discovered the Arizona trust lands, just a few miles from Ben Avery, at about the same time Ben Avery raised their boondocking prices at their campground. As a result, I can now boondock for free instead of paying Ben Avery even more to camp.
When I go places like I just did the last couple of days, I sometimes end up with more pictures than I can use in a couple of days, so I think that to make things as easy as possible for myself and maybe less boring for my readers, instead of showing all of the barrel racing pictures until I don't have anymore. I think I will mix them up a little bit and show Vulture Mine Museum one day and something else another day. I'm not sure if that will ease the boredom of seeing the same thing over and over, but it will make blogging easier for me.
I can hardly believe how quickly this winter has flown by. I’ve only got about two months left, and I'll be back in Denver. I enjoy returning to Denver because I miss my family so much, but it’s amazing to me how quickly everything seems to pass by. Like I've said before, "If time flies when you're having fun, I must be having the time of my life."
